At HomeCook we aim to supply you with food of the highest quality & standard at all times.

We are a small family company that cares, and you can be assured that your complaint will be dealt with promptly.
We will replace the value of the unused product with an alternative or replacement on your
next delivery. We reserve the right to request the return of the unused product for testing. 
In the event that your order does not arrive on the agreed delivery date, or arrives in a condition that means
it is unusable, we will refund your money on the return of the complete unused order.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Orders can be cancelled before the cut off point, which is 12 noon, 2 working days before delivery date. Payments will be refunded, minus a 5% handling change for the payment/credit.

OWNERSHIP OF GOODS:

HomeCook (Scotland) Limited remains the legal and rightful owner of all goods despatched and delivered
until payment is received in full.
