ORDERING ON-LINE:

Our meals come in generous portions for one, two and four persons. Ordering on-line is easy, just click on your preferred category of dish, beef, lamb, fish, chicken etc.
This will take you to the shop. Click and add your chosen dishes to your basket.  Continue shopping
until you are happy with your selection, click checkout and proceed through billing and entering of your delivery details.

Please note that our minimum order is £35 (excluding delivery charge).
Our payments are processed by PayPal, where you can set up an account if you like, or if you prefer, you can just pay with your credit or debit card as you order.  Paypal offers a secure, safe and efficient way of paying for your meals, without compromising your identity or details.

Orders placed at the weekend will be confirmed by 12 noon on Monday.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

The minimum order value is £35 (excluding delivery charge).

Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of Dunfermline, Fife
£5.00 for deliveries between a 5 and 20 miles radius of Dunfermline, Fife

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £60.

If you live further afield, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can discuss your

requirements.

We are able to deliver nationwide using a national carrier, but this does require notice, but delivery costs can vary.

If you email us your order, we will call or email to arrange a convenient delivery time, as you will need to be available to receive your food. Payment is made when you place your order on the website or by cash on delivery.

Please note:

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Orders can be cancelled before the cut off point, which is 12 noon, 2 working days before delivery date.
Payments will be refunded, minus a 5% handling change for the payment/credit.

CARRIER DELIVERIES:

We make sure that when a parcel is despatched for delivery by carrier it is securely packed and will stay frozen for the duration of it's journey. We suggest that it goes straight into your freezer when you receive it to maintain it's temperature. We will contact you to let you know what time the package will arrive. Some carriers will not leave deliveries 'in the shed' or 'round the back', so it's important that you're in at the allotted time to accept it. If you are not in at the agreed time to accept the package, and the package is not left by the carrier, then the contents will be spoilt before the next day's delivery. HomeCook cannot accept responsibility in this case and no refund will be given.
